Costa Rica 2011 Challenge:
My 2010 challenge with Off The Mat, Into The World has inspired me to create my own project in 2011.
Costa Rica 2011 Project: (this is not associated with Off The Mat)
I will be travelling to Costa Rica in May of 2011 to help The CEN Preschool in Coco Costa Rica. I will be taking a group of 20 people with me who take this challenge.
Join me by taking your own 2011 Challenge and raising $2,200 get a FREE Yoga Retreat and go on a life changing Costa Rica Mission trip.
When you raise or donate $2,200 you be eligible to join me on a week long Yoga Retreat and Mission Project to support the CEN Preschool in Coco, Costa Rica. Included in tour trip is the following.
- 5 nights stay in Bahia Pez Vela, Ocotal Costa Rica. http://www.bahiapezvela.com/
- 2 meals per day
- Daily Yoga
- Airfare to Liberia Costa Rica
- Transportation
- Opportunity to work daily, directly with the children of CEN Preschool in Costa Rica.

The following projects are planned:
- Build a Playground for the children on their empty lot
- Implement an Enviromental Awareness Program/Beach Cleanup
- Paint a Mural on the wall of the school
- Buy supplies and distribute supplies to school & families.
- EXTRA REACH: Raise an extra $100 and we will also help the local veterinary clinic and the stray animals of Coco.
CEN Preschool Children. Approx. 100 children attend this 4 room school, these are the only desks and chairs they have.
